Le Chat Mouillé (translated: Wet Cat Steam Bath) was a spa where patrons could relax and seclude themselves from the busy and bustling city of Saigon. Their carefully curated menu included tea and massages along with a few special “off the menu” options. This is a fictional establishment used as a promo for Operation MacArthur.
